Terms & Conditions

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and The Paypr Company, LLC ("Paypr", "we", "us"). They cover:

• the MultiPaaS website;
• the MultiPaaS platform: accounts, the console, the command-line tool and the APIs it generates; and
• apps Paypr builds and runs on MultiPaaS.

Together we call these the "Services". By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organisation, you agree for it and confirm you have authority to do so.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Give us accurate information, keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure, and tell us at legal@multipaas.com if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Your data

"Customer Data" means everything you and your users put into the Services, such as data models, records and files. You keep all rights to your Customer Data. You grant Paypr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, back up, replicate, cache, transmit, migrate, reformat, display and otherwise process Customer Data as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Services. This includes moving and copying it between systems, regions and providers as running the Services requires. The licence lasts while your Customer Data is in the Services, and afterwards for as long as copies remain in backups that have not yet expired.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to put your Customer Data into the Services and to grant this licence. We do not sell Customer Data. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• store or share content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that exploits children;
• send spam or malware, or attack or probe any system;
• get into accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to reach, or get around security or usage limits;
• overload or disrupt the Services, or resell them without our permission; or
• build a competing service by copying the Services.

4. AI features

The Services include AI features, such as the console's AI assistant. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so review it before you rely on it. To produce it, what you enter and the Customer Data the feature reads are sent to AI model providers through our cloud provider, and may be processed outside the United States. You are responsible for what you submit to AI features and for how you use their output.

5. Paid plans and billing

Some Services may require a paid plan. Fees and billing terms are shown when you choose a plan. Payments are taken by our payment processor, and you authorise it to charge your payment method for the fees, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals. We may change prices with advance notice, taking effect at your next renewal. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is paid. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.

6. Apps you build and your users

You are responsible for the apps you build on MultiPaaS and for how they treat their users. That includes giving your users your own privacy notice and terms, having a lawful basis for the personal information you collect, and handling your users' requests about their data. We process your users' data on your behalf and under your instructions, to provide the Services to you.

7. Free and early access

Free, trial, early-access and preview features are provided as they are, may have limits, and may change or end at any time.

8. Intellectual property

Paypr owns the Services, including their software, design and brand. These terms give you the right to use the Services as described here, and no other rights. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, such as Google for sign-in and a payment processor for billing. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if you put the Services or others at risk, if a payment is overdue, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. When your account ends, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your Customer Data. If you want a copy of it before then, ask us at legal@multipaas.com. Sections 2, 8 and 11 to 14 continue to apply after termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Paypr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss. Keep your own copies of anything important.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Paypr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Paypr's total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Paypr in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate Paypr against claims, losses and costs that come from your Customer Data, your apps, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Paypr consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Services before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

16. General

These terms and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between you and Paypr about the Services. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
